BACKGROUND INFORMATION

Theresa loves discussing all things nutrition and the latest research on popular health topics with her audience. She just launched her online nutrition course, Detox for Weight Loss this year and is excited to share her knowledge and expertise on healthy living with the world.

Theresa is a registered dietitian and a health coach. She began working in healthcare facilities as a clinical nutritionist and quickly realized that only offering nutrition advice was not enough for her clients to make long-lasting changes. She now incorporates principles of psychology and spirituality in addition to science when educating her clients.

Theresa's true passion in life is health and nutrition, and when she's not working, you can find her cooking a new healthy recipe, spending time with her son, or planning her next travel adventure.

Theresa does nutrition and health presentations for organizations in her community. She teaches classes on interesting health topics at her local community college and enjoys being a guest interview on podcasts. Contact her for your next podcast interview.
